The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific
Research, H.E. Dr Yacoub Ould MOINE, left Nouakchott in the early hours of
Tuesday, July 21, 2026, heading to Rabat.
The Minister will attend the meeting of the Board of
Directors of the African Regional Centre for Space Science and Technology
Education in French Language, scheduled to take place tomorrow, Wednesday,
in the Moroccan capital.
The Minister is accompanied by Mr. Idoumou Mohamed lemine Abbas, Adviser in charge of Communication at the Ministry.
