Among the government's achievements in the field of higher education and scientific research, as mentioned in the report presented by the Prime Minister to Parliament :

In the field of higher education :

1. Completion of construction and equipping works for the Higher Institute of Digitization and the Higher Institute of Accounting and Business Administration (ISCAE), as well as the expansion of the Higher Institute of Technological Studies in Rosso (ISET), and their entry into service : Works for the Higher Institute of Digitization and ISCAE have been completed and they have entered service ; expansion works for the ISET in Rosso are nearing completion (after a delay compared to the initial 2025 schedule).
2. Inauguration of the University of Nouadhibou, start of studies, and mobilization of necessary resources for its expansion and equipping : The university was inaugurated and studies began as scheduled.
3. Laying of the foundation stone for the Faculty of Applied Sciences in Nouakchott (funded by brothers in the United Arab Emirates), the Higher School of Agriculture in Kaédi, and the Higher School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Wealth Valorization in Néma : Delay in laying the foundation stone for these institutions due to lengthy tender procedures.
4. Preparation of technical studies and tender files for the Institute of Accounting and Business in Kiffa and the Higher Institute of Teaching Professions in Tidjikja : Contracts awarded to the offices responsible for preparing studies and tender files for these two institutes.
5. Preparation of studies and resource mobilization for the expansion of the Islamic University of El Aioun : These studies have not yet started.
6. Insurance coverage for all higher education students ; decision also to extend the university scholarship to all students from families registered in the social registry.
7. Receipt of the headquarters of the Higher School of Commerce (Business School).
8. Completion of the first phase expansion works of the Higher Normal School (ENS).
9. Laying of the foundation stone for the Faculty of Applied Sciences in Nouakchott, funded by brothers in the United Arab Emirates (the delay in this project is related to tender procedures).

13. Announcement of tenders for recruiting companies to build the Institute of Accounting and Business in Kiffa.
14. Announcement of tenders for recruiting companies to build the Higher Institute of Teaching Professions in Tidjikja.
15. Completion of expansion works at the Higher Institute of Technological Studies in Rosso (ISET), after a delay compared to the originally scheduled completion in 2025.
