His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Yaqoub Ould Amin, oversaw today in Beijing the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Ministry and the Yellow River Delta Academy for Research and Industry of Smart Agricultural Machinery and Equipment in the People's Republic of China, which includes provisions relating to training in agricultural science and engineering, the exchange of professors, the training of technicians in the field, and the supervision of master's and doctoral research.
The signing of the agreement was attended by Mr. Ahmed Al-Muna, chargé d'affaires at the ministry, and Mr. Shank Shuki, dean of the Chinese academy.
